At Auvia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your order under the following conditions:

Return Period: You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Product Conditions The product must be in its original condition, unused, and include all accessories and original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return Contact us through our contact page, providing your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with instructions on how to proceed.

Refund Once we’ve received and verified the product, we’ll process your refund within 5 to 10 business days using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Shipping Costs You are responsible for return shipping costs, except in the case of a defective product or an order error.

Defective Products If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will replace it or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.
